PalmSens
EmStat4T Handheld electrochemical/impedance analyzer
The EmStat4T is a programmable handheld electrochemical/impedance analyzer with a touchscreen, ideal for sensor research and sensor-based applications. It offers two main operating modes:
- Remote Control: Can be used as a traditional potentiostat, directly controlled via PSTrace software for Windows or the PSTouch app for Android. These apps can be used to perform measurements, view results, and analyze data.
- Standalone Operation Mode: Controls the instrument via the touchscreen interface and executes wizard-guided electrochemical analysis applications. Custom applications can be easily written using the built-in Visual MethodSCRIPT editor in PSTrace for Windows. These applications can operate without a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Therefore, the EmStat4T is an ideal solution for real-time detection applications and field studies, such as environmental analysis or corrosion monitoring.
Main features

Build your EmStat4T application
The powerful MethodSCRIPT™ language lets you easily build your own applications and run them on EmStat4T. Write your applications using our visual MethodSCRIPT editor, which automatically generates MethodSCRIPT code for you.
Your measurement data has been securely stored.
Internal storage
The EmStat4T comes with 500 MB of built-in storage to store your measurements. All stored measurements can be easily viewed and transferred back to your PC using PSTrace software for Windows. Wherever you take your instrument, your data is always with you.
