此機主要功能是將物料與物料攪拌均勻，同時去除物料中的氣泡。
攪拌消泡原理：透過自轉和公轉的方式產生離心力，使容器內的物料做行星式高速相對運動，充分攪拌混合，混合得很細、均勻；攪拌的同時，真空幫浦在罐內產生真空環境，將物料中的氣泡吸出；離心力和真空雙重作用，去除氣泡更快更乾淨。
根據物料的黏度和處理量的不同，每次攪拌和消泡過程所需的時間一般從幾秒到幾分鐘不等。
